Washington Dodge, Jr. was a First Class passenger of the Titanic. He survived the sinking.

He was the son of Dr. Washington and Ruth Dodge. The three of them boarded the Titanic at Southampton on April 10th, 1912, traveling to San Francisco, California.

Ruth and Washington Jr both managed to board Lifeboat 5, and survived the sinking. Washington Dodge managed to board Lifeboat 13, and also survived. They were later reunited onboard the RMS Carpathia.

His father later suffered a breakdown and committed suicide by gunshot on June 19th, 1919.

Washington Dodge, Jr. was twice married: first to Helen Hubbard, and later to Helen Brown, who was born July 10th, 1904 and died in July of 1983. He was the father of three sons: Jonathan, Kent, and Arthur. He died in New York City on December 3rd, 1974 from a heart attack, and he was buried in Garden State Crematory, North Bergen, New Jersey.
